Graham joined Thermosash after working in Woods Glass since 2022 before that he had a career spanning three decades in the aviation industry where he was engaged in senior strategic and operational roles covering people capability, policy and logistics. He has qualifications and experience in several areas including business management, aeronautical engineering, health and safety, leading and developing high-performance teams, Lean manufacturing and quality management systems.
