Matthew has been in the construction industry since 1983. A quantity surveyor who specialises in contract administration, who has also delivered light commercial construction projects as a Construction Project Manager, operated his own Project Management consultancy specialising in procurement of built environment projects for the public sector. At Thermosash, Matthew trains and mentors commercial staff, and advises on commercial matters to ensure terms of engagement are best for project. Matthew is a member of the NZ Society of Construction Law, an Adjunct Associate Professor at Taylor’s University, Kuala Lumpur, has a NZCQS, is a Registered Quantity Surveyor, and is a Life Member NZIQS.
