Thermosash Thermal Break Suite

Thermosash bought to the market a Thermal Break product in the mid-80's as part of the curtain wall suite. This suite is still one one of our leading 'stick' curtain wall products.  Often specified in high humidity such as pool houses or where a high performance curtain wall suite is specified - often where temperature differential  demands the thermal separation.

The aluminum section alone does not provide the thermal performance often expected. Glass specification is a significant contributor to the overall mechanical performance requirement of a building. Often the glass expanse on building facades is so great the aluminum component has an only slight effect on the bridging calculation.
