What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Oversee production workflow to ensure efficiency and quality
Drive strategic alignment and process improvements
Collaborate across departments to meet project deadlines
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in manufacturing, production, and logistics
Strong people management and coaching abilities
Experience in supply chain operations and QA standards
A track record of driving efficiency and productivity
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Experience implementing and managing operations under ISO 9001 Quality framework
Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively
A leader who can motivate and inspire teams to achieve results
