ASB North Wharf's Thermosash total clad solution was completed in 2013, part of which included tension cable sunshade elements, vertical fins and architectural metal pressing. The eco-advantages of the façade system is discussed in an article and video by NZ Herald. The Thermosash façade system was employed as one of the measures aiming to reduce ASB Bank's building operating costs by between 40-50%.
