The Thermosash Group companies, Thermosash Auckland and Woods Glass Auckland, have achieved Telarc certification for our ISO Integrated Management System in three key areas.

In April 2023 after 30 years in Wairau Valley on the North Shore Auckland, Thermosash moved operations to a new premises in Henderson - the culmination of an adaptive reuse building project started in 2021.

2023 was a milestone year for Thermosash as we celebrated 5 decades in the building envelope industry, as well as celebrating the opening of the new Auckland office and manufacturing facility in Henderson. 

The City Rail Link (CRL), the first underground metro rail system to be developed in Auckland, is the largest infrastructure project ever undertaken in New Zealand. 

The 5 level Bayleys House, located in Auckland's commercial precinct, initially received a 5 Green Star rating in 2016 for its design by Jasmax. The building subsequently received a 4.5 star NABERSNZ base building rating and a 4.5 star tenancy rating in 2019, both of which were awarded again in 2020.
