Clearwater Quays Apartments

Clearwater Quays five-storey luxury apartments situated next to Lake Rotoiti in Christchurch have been built to showcase natural NZ timber. Redstag TimberLab supplied the Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) for the timber structure (a first for an apartment building in NZ) providing fire resistance and earthquake strengthening as well as a low carbon footprint achieved through sequestered CO2.

Thermosash solutions delivered are our PW1000 Unitised High Performance Curtainwall, Delta Suite windows and Omega Thermal Sliders with integrated Renson vents. Our low embodied carbon aluminium extrusions provide upfront carbon reductions and contribute to the overall success of this low carbon sustainable development.
