Stamford Plaza Apartments

An 11 storey tower built on top of the existing Stanford Plaza Hotel situated in Auckland, houses the Stamford Plaza Apartments and amenitites. The Apartments feature a twin skin facade - with the outer skin being a custom Thermosash PW1000 Unitised Curtainwall system, and the inner skin comprised of our Delta Commercial acoustic sliders.  The Twin Skin provides the apartments with a sheltered narrow balcony area with Delta Commercial sliding windows and integrated internal balustrade.

Also provided on this project is our Thermosash PW1000 Unitised Curtainwall to the glass observation liftshaft.
