Mason Clinic - Te Whatu Ora

Mason Clinic is a 15-bed medium secure unit forming part of the Regional Forensic Psychiatry Service in Auckland.

The Thermosash DeltaGuard™ security window system developed for low to medium security human and physical structural impact project requirements is installed around the courtyards creating a welcoming yet safe glazed environment as well as the bedrooms which have jockey sash windows with integral venetian blinds providing anti-ligature mitigation and the ability to securely control natural lighting.

DeltaGuard™ can accommodate different IGU sizes. Although not thermally broken, the system can reach high thermal performances if coupled with an external secondary thermally broken system adopting an IGU. Each system is custom engineered for the intended use, span, and building requirements.
