Grand Central Building

Grand Central Building situated at 161 Cashel Street, Christchurch, was the site of the former Grand Chancellor Hotel damaged in the 2011 earthquake. The new building is a mixed-use development with offices above the retail and restaurants/cafes at street level and built using world-class seismic base isolation technology.  The PW1000 glazed unitised curtainwall provides excellent natural light to the office space.
