The site is located at 8-14 Madden Street providing a new multi-level office building – the first stage of the Wynyard Quarter innovation precinct.

The unitised curtain wall on this project has an integrated large format porcelain tile as part of the facade system all factory fitted giving the facade a slightly more matt appearance.
