Innovation 5a is located at 8-14 Madden Street providing a new multi-level office building – the first stage of the Wynyard Quarter innovation precinct.

The PW1000 unitised curtainwall is integrated with large format porcelain tiles as part of the factory fitted facade system, the tiles provide a slightly more matt appearance to the facade.
