Sovereign House (in 2008) situated at Smales Farm Takapuna, Auckland. The building has since been acquired by AIA in 2018 and in 2024 underwent an upgrade and was reclad by Thermosash.

• Vertical and horizontal web grate solar shading supported by the curtainwall.
