Waste Management New Zealand, in East Tamaki, is a world class development amalgamating several facilities across Auckland into one, including the HQ, workshops and staff amenities and facilities.

The new buildings were designed to achieve a Green Star 5+ rating, sucessfully focusing on sustainability and innovation. The development won three Property Industry Awards in 2020.
