180 Molesworth Street, Wellington - Thermosash undertook the facade reclad while the building was tenanted and replaced all four elevations of strip windows with Thermosash Delta Commercial heavy-duty windows into seismic frames, as well as shopfront auto doors. The project was completed ahead of the construction programme over the winter months.
