Columbia Apartments

This 4 storey timber framed apartment complex required a full reclad due to a weather-tightness claim. Thermosash was involved early in the process to assist with detailing and engineering a new Unitised™ total clad facade system that would aid in managing the flexibility of the structure yet speed up the otherwise multi-trade recladding system.

The total clad project utilised the Thermosash PW1000 suite with integrated terracotta tiles, ACP cladding, and our Delta Commercial Suite with integrated sliding doors / balconies.
